Personal guidance and independent advice

If they have any questions about a diagnosis or treatment, your customers can immediately call their personal assistant. This confidential adviser will guide them through every phase of the process.

This is how your customer receives a second medical opinion in 3 steps:

  • Telephone conversation. The personal assistant listens to the patient's needs and informs them of the next steps.
  • Free online consultation. A doctor reviews the medical file together with your customer. Once this is complete, the assistant will schedule an appointment with a specialist.
  • Appointment with the specialist. The specialist analyses the medical file and, if necessary, consults with other experts. After 10 to 15 working days, your customer will receive a second, independent analysis.

Protection of medical data

Only the doctor and specialist who handle your customer's file can view their medical data. The personal assistant only has access to information that is strictly necessary to schedule the appointments. No information is shared with AXA Partners, AXA Belgium or employers. This way, the privacy of your customers is protected.
